Peoplehunter locates people for attorneys. We find witnesses, defendants, former employees, heirs and clients. Yes, we find clients. These aren’t new clients, these are your clients. These are clients that you have signed up that are now in the wind. Of course, we can help you with your auto cases, and your other personal injury matters. If you need to serve a defendant, if you need to talk to a witness, we’ll find them. We charge $275.00 per locate. No find, No fee.
We have recently updated our approach to handling defendant cases. We are no longer verifying the address of the defendants. As you may know, defendants are often difficult to locate—many avoid service, screen calls, or ignore unknown numbers, causing cases to sit idle and delaying legal proceedings.
To address this, we now provide a consolidated report from 2–3 professional investigative databases (not available for public access) with the most recent addresses and phone numbers available for the defendant you are trying to locate. The databases provide the defendants residential address history, the most likely current address, and associated phone numbers, increasing the chances of you successfully serving your defendant. If there are email addresses, we will provide you with those as well, along with any observed names they are using. This gives you an overall view of your defendant and lets you know if you are on the right track. Often times, not always, we can locate another address that you do not have to serve your defendant. These reports are generally made available within 24 – 48 hours of your request with a fee of $150.00, allowing for quicker action and helping to move your case forward without unnecessary delays. Please note that if your request is received on a Friday evening or a holiday, we cannot guarantee the 24-48 hour turn around.
