Yes. That fee is $50.00
Yes. There is a $125.00 cancellation fee that will be assessed for each locate cancelled 24 hours or more after the original request.
Once we get your client on the phone, we update all of their current contact information. We then attempt a warm transfer to the contact person listed with your original request. If the contact person is available, that call is transferred and a direct contact with the client is made. It is our goal to put the client directly on the line with you, but is not a guarantee, nor a requirement for a locate
Because we cannot control when the client will call back, or when your contact person will be at their desk, we will leave a voice mail message with your client on the line, verifying all of their current contact information and the best time to call them back. Immediately afterwards, you will receive an email stating that a voice mail has been left for you, and we will reiterate the current contact information in the email. The locate is then closed and an invoice will be sent out with a final report.
Please reach out to our case intake department at caseintake@peoplehunter.com within 10 business days from the day we closed your case. As a courtesy to you, we will attempt to contact your client and place them on the line with you again, or leave another message on your voice mail with the client on the line. The service to reconnect to your client will be $275.00 if we receive the request after 10 business days.
It is not guaranteed that we can put you back in direct contact with your client. Although, we do strive to do that more often than not.
Finding a client entails verifying a correct address and hopefully a phone number. We cannot make them speak with you. We may have completely accurate information. Unfortunately, if the client is uncooperative, we cannot control that. 

There are many reasons for the client to be uncooperative. Maybe they hired another attorney. Maybe they have criminal/legal issues and feel if they participate it will lead to their arrest. Maybe they are in the throes of addiction, and this just isn’t a priority. We have seen all of these. Sometimes we will talk to the client on the phone and when the attorney calls, they ignore and don’t return the call. Unfortunately, we can’t make people behave. We can only find them and ask them to cooperate.

Additionally, we cannot control the time the client calls us back, or when your contact person may take their break, go to lunch or attend a meeting. This is why when the staff is unavailable, we leave a voice mail message with the client on the line and immediately send out an email with all of the contact information. 

We are happy anytime we can (and always try) to do a three-way call and get the client on the phone with someone in the office immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that type of direct connect for the reasons above.
Invoices are due and payable 15 days upon receipt.
We cannot wait until settlement of your matters.
We do not discount our price. The price remains at $275.00 per locate regardless of the number of cases sent over. The reason being that it is the same amount of work for each case, whether there is one, ten or one hundred. We do not utilize AI. We utilize researchers to find your clients.
Peoplehunter has a no-find, no fee in place. If we are unable to locate your client, we will not bill you for our service. Additionally, if we are unable to locate your client within the specified deadline, there will be no fee. If you extend the time we have to locate the client, the fee will stay the same.


We are a no-find, no fee.  If we cannot locate your client, you will not be invoiced. 

For lists of ten locates or more, we require a signed, written contract for services, which will be provided at the time of your request.   We require a 50% retainer prior to beginning work on your cases.   The other 50% will be due after we have located the first half of your clients.   For any clients that we are unable to locate, we will return that money to you. 
For requests of less than ten cases, to ensure the seamless processing of payments and avoid any potential disruptions in services, we request that you provide a credit card authorization that we can keep on file.  This measure is in place as part of our standard procedures, and it will only be utilized if your account becomes 30 days past due. We send over a copy of the credit card authorization at the time of your request. 
Please be assured that the information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used in accordance with our payment policies. If you prefer to use an alternative form of payment, kindly let us know at your earliest convenience, and we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly.
Lastly, please be aware, that a cancellation fee of $125 will apply to any case canceled after the initial 24-hour period. This fee helps cover administrative costs.
